GolfSG.net provides a platform for individuals, businesses, and golf clubs to submit listings for promotion and visibility.
By submitting a listing to GolfSG.net, you agree to comply with the following policies:

1. Accuracy and Authenticity

  • All information submitted must be true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

  • Listings should not contain misleading claims, false information, or unverifiable statements.

2. Content Rights and Ownership

  • By submitting a listing, you affirm that you own or have permission to use any materials (text, images, logos, etc.) included.

  • You grant GolfSG.net a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and promote the content for marketing or editorial purposes.

3. Approval and Rejection of Listings

  • GolfSG.net reserves the right to review, approve, edit, or reject any submitted listing at our sole discretion.

  • We may reject or remove listings that contain inappropriate, unlawful, offensive, defamatory, infringing, or irrelevant content.

  • We reserve the right to modify listing content for grammar, formatting, consistency, SEO, or compliance purposes without materially altering the nature of the listing.

4. Listing Updates and Maintenance

  • It is the responsibility of the submitter to inform GolfSG.net of any updates, inaccuracies, closures, or changes to the submitted information.

  • GolfSG.net may request periodic verification to ensure listing accuracy.

5. Unauthorized Content

You agree NOT to submit listings that:

  • Violate intellectual property rights of others

  • Contain illegal, obscene, abusive, or harmful material

  • Include spam, advertisements unrelated to golf services, or irrelevant information

  • Promote unlawful activities or dangerous conduct

6. Responsibility and Liability

  • You remain solely responsible for the content of your listing and any consequences arising from its publication.

  • GolfSG.net disclaims responsibility for the veracity, quality, legality, or effectiveness of listings posted by users.

7. Termination of Listings

GolfSG.net reserves the right to suspend, remove, or refuse to renew any listing without notice if it breaches our policies or at our discretion.
