- Can I cancel or change a booking?
Yes, but cancellations and changes depend on the policy of the golf course. Please email us at <a href="mailto:enquiry@golfsg.net">enquiry@golfsg.net</a> as early as possible, and we’ll help you coordinate with the course.
- Is there a fee to book through GolfSG.net?
GolfSG.net does not charge users any direct booking fees. Our revenue comes from commissions agreed upon with our partner courses or paid listings by businesses.
- How do I book a golf course through GolfSG.net?
You can explore our golf course listings by country or course type. Once you find a course you like, simply use the booking form on the listing page to submit your preferred date and time. We’ll contact the course on your behalf and confirm the booking by email.
- Do I need to register for an account to book?
No registration is needed for submitting a booking request. However, in the future we may offer user accounts for tracking bookings, favorites, and more.
- How will I know if my booking is confirmed?
Once we confirm availability with the golf course, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all the details. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it within 24 hours.

- 1. What products can I buy from GolfSG Online Store?
GolfSG offers a range of golf-related products including golf apparel, accessories, bags, gloves, and more. We focus on high-quality merchandise suitable for amateur and professional golfers.

GolfSG RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) FAQ
- 1. What is an RMA?
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is a system that allows you to request a return, exchange, or repair of your purchased product in an organized and trackable manner.
- 2. How do I submit an RMA request?
You can submit an RMA request by contacting our support team via email at support@golfsg.net.
Please provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if applicable. - 3. What products are eligible for return?
Items eligible for return must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of receipt.
Certain personalized or final sale items may not be eligible. - 4. Will I have to pay for return shipping?
If the return is due to a GolfSG error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective item), return shipping is covered by GolfSG.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. - 5. How long does it take to process an RMA?
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your exchange, refund, or store credit within 5–7 business days.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process
At GolfSG Store, we are committed to providing a smooth and hassle-free return process for our customers.
If you need to return an item, please follow these simple steps:
1. Submit Return Request
- Contact our support team at support@golfsg.net within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your Order Number, Item Details, and Reason for Return.
2. Receive RMA Number
- Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a unique RMA Number and return instructions via email.
3. Prepare and Ship the Item
- Securely package the item along with the provided RMA Number.
- Ship it back to the address provided in the return instructions.
- (Shipping fees may apply depending on the return reason.)
4. Inspection and Refund/Exchange
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days.
- Approved returns will be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit as requested.
Important:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
- Customized, personalized, or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.

- Can I request quotes for multiple courses or countries?
Yes! You can request quotes for more than one golf course or destination in the same form. Just specify your preferences clearly in the notes section.
- What’s included in the quote?
Your quote will include:
Green fees based on selected course and date
Tee time availability
Optional services (buggy, caddie, rental clubs, hotel if applicable)
Group discounts (if eligible)
- Is there any obligation to book after I receive a quote?
No obligation at all. The quote is free and non-binding. You can choose to confirm, modify, or decline the quote.
- Do I need to pay when I submit the quote request?
No. Payment is only required if you decide to proceed with the booking after receiving the quote and confirming the tee time.
- Can I get a quote for a last-minute booking?
Yes, but availability may be limited. Please indicate that it’s urgent and select “WhatsApp” as your contact method for faster coordination.
- How will I receive the quote?
We’ll send it to your email address. If you provided a phone number or selected WhatsApp, we may also follow up through that channel.
