The Bluffs is an 18-hole, par-71 links-style course stretching 6,855 yards (6,270 meters). The layout follows the natural undulations of the dunes, with steep elevation changes, open fairways, and firm conditions influenced by coastal winds.
Designed to showcase the land rather than reshape it, Greg Norman’s philosophy of “playing with the land” results in a raw and authentic links-style challenge. Every round is unique, as wind direction dramatically affects shot-making and club selection.
