RMA Process (Return Merchandise Authorization)

At GolfSG Golf Store, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.
In the event you need to return a product, our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process makes it easy and transparent.
1. Eligibility for RMA

The item must be purchased directly from GolfSG Golf Store (either online or official platform).

The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Items must include all original accessories, manuals, and parts.
2. Non-Eligible Products

Customized products or personalized merchandise (unless defective)

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

Products damaged by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
3. How to Request an RMA
To initiate a return:

Contact our support team at support@golfsg.net with the following details:

Order Number

Product Name
-
Reason for Return
-
Photographs (if product is defective or damaged)

Our support team will review your request within 2 business days.

If approved, you will receive an RMA Number and Return Instructions.
✅ Please do NOT ship products back without receiving an RMA Number.
4. Return Shipping Instructions

You are responsible for securely packaging the item to prevent damage during transit.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, defective product), return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns must be shipped to the address provided in the RMA Instructions.
5. Inspection and Processing

Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it within 3 business days.

Approved returns will be processed for either:

Refund (credited back to the original payment method)

Replacement (identical or similar item)

Store Credit (for future purchases)

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Processing times may vary based on your payment method or financial institution.
7. Important Notes

Products returned without an RMA Number may be rejected or delayed.
