RMA Process (Return Merchandise Authorization)

At GolfSG Golf Store, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.
In the event you need to return a product, our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process makes it easy and transparent.


1. Eligibility for RMA

  • The item must be purchased directly from GolfSG Golf Store (either online or official platform).

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Items must include all original accessories, manuals, and parts.


2. Non-Eligible Products

  • Customized products or personalized merchandise (unless defective)

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

  • Products damaged by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications


3. How to Request an RMA

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@golfsg.net with the following details:

    • Order Number

    • Product Name

    • Reason for Return

    • Photographs (if product is defective or damaged)

  2. Our support team will review your request within 2 business days.

  3. If approved, you will receive an RMA Number and Return Instructions.

✅ Please do NOT ship products back without receiving an RMA Number.


4. Return Shipping Instructions

  • You are responsible for securely packaging the item to prevent damage during transit.

  • Unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, defective product), return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • All returns must be shipped to the address provided in the RMA Instructions.


5. Inspection and Processing

  • Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it within 3 business days.

  • Approved returns will be processed for either:

    • Refund (credited back to the original payment method)

    • Replacement (identical or similar item)

    • Store Credit (for future purchases)


6. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Processing times may vary based on your payment method or financial institution.


7. Important Notes

  • Products returned without an RMA Number may be rejected or delayed.

  • GolfSG Golf Store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet eligibility requirements.
