GolfSG.net strives to provide exceptional service and clarity regarding payments, refunds, and cancellations. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any transactions with us.


Paid Listing and Advertising Services

  • Listings submitted through GolfSG.net that require payment are non-refundable once approved and published.

  • Advertising or promotional services (such as featured listings or banner placements) are also non-refundable once the service has been activated.


Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • If a paid listing is rejected by GolfSG.net and not published.

  • If technical errors originating from GolfSG.net prevent your listing from being published properly and cannot be resolved within 14 days.

In such cases, the refund amount will be prorated based on the service period or refunded fully, depending on the situation.


Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the issue arising:

  • Provide your name, listing reference, payment details, and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.

We aim to review and process refund requests within 7–10 business days.


Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for bookings made through GolfSG.net. By using our booking services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Bookings Through Third-Party Golf Courses

GolfSG.net acts as a facilitator for golf course bookings. All bookings are subject to availability and the individual cancellation and refund policies of the respective golf courses.

We are not responsible for cancellations initiated by the course or changes to availability.

2. Cancellation Requests

If you wish to cancel a booking made through GolfSG.net, you must contact us as early as possible via email at support@golfsg.net.

We will assist in processing your request with the respective golf course. The eligibility for refunds depends on the policies of that specific course or service provider.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:

  • The cancellation request is submitted within the allowed timeframe set by the golf course
  • The golf course agrees to a refund under their own policy
  • The cancellation is due to course closure, bad weather, or scheduling conflicts confirmed by the course

GolfSG.net does not guarantee refunds if a course denies the request based on their terms.

4. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some bookings may be marked as non-refundable. These cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances once confirmed, unless agreed upon by the course.

5. Changes to Bookings

If you wish to reschedule your booking, we will do our best to assist you. Changes are subject to availability and the golf course’s rescheduling policy.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–14 business days, depending on the original payment method and provider.

7. Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund or cancellation, GolfSG.net will mediate between the user and the course or business. However, the final decision lies with the service provider.
