Refund & Return Policy

At GolfSG Store, your satisfaction is our priority.
We offer a fair and hassle-free refund and return policy to ensure you feel confident shopping with us.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products

  • Gift cards or store credits

  • Items damaged through misuse or negligence

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at support@golfsg.net with your Order ID and reason for return.

  • Our team will provide instructions for return shipping.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (PayNow, Credit Card, Stripe, PayPal).

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style:

  • Please initiate a return first.

  • Place a new order for the replacement item separately.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately at support@golfsg.net with photos of the issue.

  • We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or send a replacement item at no extra charge.

7. Important Notes

  • GolfSG Store is not responsible for lost return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • Refunds and exchanges are subject to final inspection and approval.
